Leslie is a driven and passionate team and business leader with high growth, strategy, digital and marketing experience. Most recently she served in a strategic growth role at Softbank-backed OYO, the fastest-growing hospitality company in the world. Prior to joining OYO, Leslie was a Beam Suntory, the #2 global spirits company, where she ran and optimized three tequila brands and built the US eCommerce team and channel from the ground up. Leslie began her career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, where she led projects across sales effectiveness, strategy and performance improvement, among other areas. Leslie earned her MBA from Harvard University and her BA from University of Chicago, with honors. She is an active volunteer and board member with Youth Guidance, helping to ensure that at-risk high school students have access to the tools and support they need to take their lives in positive directions.
