Mark Hadding

Mark is a Managing Director at TOC Equity Partners, and focuses on software and aviation-related companies possessing an innovative edge in their industry. Prior to TOC, he was the Global Head of eBusiness for Siemens AG, building a €250MM spanning six continents in three years. He has over 20 years of private equity, venture capital, advisory and entrepreneurial experience, and was the Founder and CEO of several venture-backed B2B startups with successful exits.
Mark is a CPA, and holds a BS, summa cum laude, from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
